Called together by the Justicars, this gathering of the Kindred is the greatest event within the Camarilla. The Conclave is never called over trifles. When a call to a Conclave goes out, serious matters are at hand. It can be a threat to the Masquerade, the entire Camarilla or just a situation, which the Justicar wants to acquire backup to resolve. This is one of the very few times where the younger Kindred may actually have some influence. All attending Kindred have a chance of being heard and everybody get to vote on the matter at hand. With this the Camarilla elders keep their Neonates and Ancillae a little more content, and less likely to start another anarch revol

Conclave's Normal Schedule of Events

t1} At the beginning of every conclave, the Justicar address the kindred that attend then conclave introducing all key members. {aka princes, archons ect. Ect. Ect.}

2} The Justicars will then address all conserns of the counsel and any possible rules that need to be added to the Laws of the Camarilla. The Justicar will also address any and all trials.Each case will be given alotted time to discuss the charges places against the guilty party. And ask kindred to speak for or against the kindred on trial.

3} After all kindred have spoken. The Justicar calls for a 15 minute till 2 week recess where he will meet with a counsel and discuss the points brought up at the trial. If a soultion can be made to any trial at hand the court will reconvine and the sentence is carried out immediately.
