On April 23rd the Hangman struck again. This brings the total up to seven.

This time he struck at the J.C. Penny's in the Melbourne Square mall. The bodies were found hung during business hours. The Victims were two housewives that at
this time do not seem to be connected. The names are Lisa Tohline and Maria
Rodriguez.

This happened in the dressing room JCPenny's and there mangement staff did not find the bodies till 3 hours after they had been hung.
