THE HANGMAN ADD'S THREE MORE

On April 18th the Hangman, as the press is calling him, stuck again.
Three wanted Felons, various charges, were found along University Ave, near the
Railroad tracks. These men were, Rob Caswell, Sean Wang, and David White. At
this time police do not think that the three had any prior connections but are
still looking into their collective pasts to make sure.

The number's keep getting bigger and bigger. Who is ourt there? Why is he doing this?
