What does it mean, and why do these ballons keep crashing into our local business? This time the Red and White hot air ballon with the word "tick" written on the side crashed into our local art muesum. The ballon yet again was empty. At this time authorities are truly baffeled at how these balloons get to the areas they keep hitting. Authorities at this time think that these balloons may be being used by thrill seekers that know that they are on borrowed time. They beleive that the balloons take the culprits up, then the culprits abandon the balloons by skydiving away from them. These could be copycats renacting stunts from recent movies such as Jackass.
