Transplant Does the program provide health insurance? Medical Describe the surrounding communities. Large, pleasant city with tons to do. Advantages: Great job market and outstanding schools. Disadvantages: expensive and cold. What else would you like other spouses to know about the program? The surgery call schedule is somewhat more humane considering that many academic surgeryprograms are Q3 for 5 years. We have several months of Q4 andQ5 each year. The program is proactive about changing things in order to make it the best program possible. In addition, theprogram directors seem somewhat receptive to suggestions tochange the program to make it more humane for the residents. |
