Android 17 is another android created by Dr. Gero with the intent on destroying Goku. When he gets angry at Dr. Gero, he simply killed him. Android 17 was like the leader of the androids group, telling them what to do and when to do it. He was very cocky, but eventually got absorbed by Cell. When Cell was killed, Android 17 disappeared for awhile until later in the Dragonball GT episodes, he returned to fuse with Dr. Myuu's version of Android 17, turning him into Super 17. Super 17 still liked Android 18 and refused to fully kill her even though she went good and married Krillin. Super 17 was destroyed by Goku, but was one of the more powerful characters in the GT episodes. Like before, he betrays Dr. Gero and kills him...again.
