Company History: 1991 Established 1994 Dr. Ron Hsin Chang & Dr. C. K. Kuei joined RESI. 1994 Relocated to Hoping East Road, Taipei. 1995 Capital was increased to 20 million NT$. 1996 JV with Long-Chen Paper Company. Capital was increased to 30 million NT. 1999 Capital was increased to 70 million NT$. Signed BOO contract with Da-Lin. 2000 Started the BOO incinerator construction project. Solvent recovery project under going.
