| NSW Births on CD Rom When your Birth Registration number shows a "D"............ instead of "V"............ this tells you that person was adopted and if you re: enter the "D"............... only, no other details at all, this will then bring up that persons correct birth name and parents details. |

| CEMETERY HINT When visiting our ancestor's plot........its always an idea to leave a laminated card saying ........... PLEASE READ ME on one side. The otherside I'm researching this family name and leave name, phone number, e-mail address. Punch hole in each corner and attach a piece of string. This card can then be attached to any part of the gravesite and being laminated will with stand all weather conditions. |

| PROTECT YOUR '' E-MAIL ADDRESS '' With the age of VIRUS progams set to attack/attach e-mail attachments. The following procedure is recommended. When forwarding an e-mail it is a good security and privacy point that you put all addresses in the BCC: and NOT IN THE TO: BCC: Means Blind Carbon Copy - the receiver cannot view all the addresses the e-mail was sent to thus giving you privacy and security of your e-mail address. Also when forwarding e-mail to friends please remember after clicking on the forward button to DELETE ALL ADDRESSES that are at the beginning of the message. This will again give security to e-mail addresses and remember to send via BCC: |
