This song is about Andrew's relationship with his girlfriend and the hardships of trying to maintain a long distance relationship while being in a band. I think that he is being sarcastic with some of the lyrics, referring to "talking about [their] big plans" as being crazy becuase it seems to be crazy when he and his girlfriend get to spend some time alone together. I think that the true meaning of this song, though, lies in the second verse. Andrew describes the lonliness that his girlfriend is feeling from being so far away from him all the time and urges her to "try" and be strong knowing that his heart is breaking too. He expresses his emotion for her by adding "I'm falling down."
