Base of Operations: England, Great Britain
Appearance: Looks 21 years old. He has long black hair that goes passed his shoulder about 12 inches down, and light blue eyes. His skin is lightly tanned and a bit pale, but he's not afraid to show off his skin. He wears a black vest with small coat tails on the back, a white long sleeve shirt with small tails on the front that stick out, and black pants. His boots are black with a grey sleeve on the boot, and a steel-tip under the leather material. It is kept tight and secure on his feet by 3 buckles.
Powers/Abilities: Tomm can pass through solid objects if he exerts enough force onto it, but has much difficulty if the objects is in motion. His other ability is to charm, usually females, into getting a certain affection for him. Its very questionable if he uses vampiric energy, or merely just some natural male charms. He can also phase (short teleport) up to 4 meters anywhere from his current position, and summon Delilah, his sword, with his vampire powers.
Weapons: His can fight with his fists, but his legs/foot and serrated daggers are his close combat weapons. He brings out his large sword, which he has affectionately called Delilah, only sometimes. He prefers to fight with something that directly involves his body, but he does take pride in having good sword handling.
Relatives/Family: Tomm never mentioned any of his relatives from anywhere from his parents to distant cousins. But he did have a past love.
Into the Victorian times of France, he had a love named Delilah. She was the most beautiful woman he'd ever seen in his whole century of lifetime, and wished to be with her for eternity by giving her the gift of being a vampire. But conflicts had arose from her side, more specifically from her father. Her dad was a soldier who travelled with the merchants to foreign contries and back with trades, which sometimes tooks years at a time. Before Delilah was born, he had stopped by a country where they were to trade for silk from the japanese, but a typhon kept them from going back for a long time. Eventually, her dad found that special lady that he would couple with, and secretly made his vows to her of marraige. Being that against both their cultures, they would surely have been beaten to death if their relationship was revealed. Soon, the woman bore a child, that fortunately looked like a japanese, but as the monthes past, the child's hair grew lighter to the shade of her father, blond. By then, people were getting suspicious and it was coming close to the time of the man's departure back to France. Saddened and full of sorrow, the lady knew her child would not be accepted her by the strict laws of the shoguns, so she waved goodbye to her husband and child as they sailed off into the blue horizon of the sea, but not before she had given a special gift to her little girl of a ruby red necklace said to be made from dragon's heart. By the time he had reached France, the woman died of greif and malnutrition, unbeknowest to her love. That child being Delilah now grown up, complication grew here aswell. Her exotic asian face was not ignored, and accusation racial breeding was continues. Before Delilah was to travel together with Tomm, and before he got the chance to change her, she wanted to say goodbye to her aging father. Tomm patiently waited, knowing that they soon spend enternity together, but as the time passed, and no sign of his love showed, he went to look for her. When he found the rundown mansion, he saw that a large mob was gathered around the house. Worriedly he rushed in to find that Delilah and her father was being threatened by the hostile mob. He tried to save them, but being largely outnumbered by the weapon equipped people, he was fatally stabbed with many spears, and sadly watched his love and her father dismembered and burned in their own house. He came to recovery hours too late, all that was left was a heap of ashes and dim glint of Delilah's necklace. For the first time in his undead life, he cried the tears of blood for his broken heart, and took the necklace to be placed on his prized sword, which he named after her.
