Welcome to Johnny's world. He lives in a society much like our own, where asshole conformists insult anybody who's slightly different from themselves or who they think is just following the trends (much like themselves, but they don't seem to see it). Nny, beeing an individual and the butt of everybody's insults, drove himself to insanity, killing the bastards with the most horrid implements of torture you could think of. He rips appart skin and bones, torturing the crap out of them and leaves his victims there to cry for mercy until he's had his fill of entertainment, then brutally kills them.
Though our hero seems to be some kind of homicidal maniac, you can't help but relate and even like him (even if he'd probobly kill you too).
