Never got any guidelines when I clicked Join. Although your group's front page says I should have. Never got an application. Although your group's front page said I would after I clicked join. All I got was a reject notice. I have tons of wonderful stuff to contribute to this theme that you'll now never see, and that makes me very happy. You don't do what you say you're going to do on the front page--even if you sent me an invite now I wouldn't join. I DO NOT TOLERATE LIARS NOR BALD-FACED HYPOCRITES.

People, the application to join black lolita is in the Welcomes & Rules files. When you press Submit to join the list, YOU WILL GET A FILE with that NAME ON IT. It is AUTOMATIC.
Don't know what AUTOMATIC means? Here's the literal definition.
