Bio: "Mad Madeleine killed her father. Mad Madeleine killed him dead. Stabbed him. Shot him. 'Til he was dead, dead dead." Children chant it while they play. They whisper it around their parents because children should not be talking of Mad Madeleine or her dead father, especially when such things might be true.Madeleine is, by no means, crazy. Whether or not she actually did kill her father, the former Master of the Hazel Household, is up for question but her sanity is just that: sanity. She is cold, stoic, tactiful, and intellegent. In large groups, she remains silent, observing her company and carefully placing a puzzle together in her head. She is dedicated to her family. She will do anything for her relatives if she believes it will end in something good for them.
Of course, there are multiple sides to Madeleine. She is known for her fits of absolute rage. In those fits, nothing is safe. Slaves refurnish her living chamber almost monthly because there always seems to be something that angers or frustrates her enough to throw her through a loop. She is also warm and loving. This is a side that very few people see and often, it is not true. If she must act a certain way in order to achieve something she wants, she is more than willing to do that. She began her training at the age of five. Her father worked her through swords, daggers, maces, axes, throwing knives, bows, and crossbows until she mastered each weapon at her disposal. Now one must always watch out for the young woman carries at two with her everywhere. They are hidden throughout her room and home, just in case there is a need for them
. "Mad Madeleine" might not be entirely accurate but it is definitely not far off. She knows that she is not crazy but she will be the first to admit that sometimes, it certainly seems that way.
