Bio: Colin was born the eldest of his father's known children. Baron Aesier was known for his fabulous love of women, and riches. The riches never got the man into trouble, but women was a different story. It led to an unknown amount of children spread all throughout Vantorta.Colin was the eldest of them all. He was the closest to his father. Thus, he got to see it all. He got to see to all of his father's women. They were all beautiful. Many of them had his father's beautiful children but Colin never really got to see that or know about it. Sometimes children would just appear. Colin wasn't one to question it. His father loved him the most. That was all that was important.
Baron Aesier was a pompous, over-bearing jerk of a man with all intentions of taking over the city of Vantorta. He, however, was unable to accomplish this -- he met his end at the fair age of fifty-six. Whether his death was an accident or not is still up for question. Colin refuses to think of it. Baron, despite the man he was, was Colin's father. He raised him and loved him. Thus, Colin missed him more than anyone would ever know or understand.
Although he loved his father, he held no respect for the man he was. Baron Aesier was greedy, and lustful. As soon as Colin was able to understand just what those two words meant, he promised himself that he would be different than his father. He worked hard in his young age -- he studied in school to become a very intellegent young man. In fact, he became so skilled that he is now considered to be one of the best black mages in Vantorta.
Colin grew into an intellegent, quiet man. Obeservation is always better than immediate action. Even after obversation, a thoughtful action is better than a barbaric one. He rarely speaks, but when he does, it is with much consideration and thought. His actions are usually slow but deliberate. He is, however, prone to anger. It takes a lot -- his father's death was one of the only times that anyone saw absolute rage from the family heir.
He is, also, not always so slow. When it is needed, he is swift and powerful. That side of him only seems to appear in fights, when speed and agility are needed. Otherwise, he is quiet, reserved, and thoughtful. He is everything his father was not and he hopes that that aspect of himself will make him a good leader. Very few know that that is what he is afraid of -- failing at the one thing his father did not.
