Job: None Weapon: Claws, teeth Abilities: Extremely intelligent, fast, strong, and agile, Rikiar is a formidable fighter and dependable teammate. One of the few of his kind, the Durriken, which are said to have descended from the legendary dragons, Rikiar has the ability to command the elemental magics: earth, wind, fire, and water. Rikiar also has a rock-hide that can�t be pierced by ordinary weapons, and he�s practically immune to all forms of elemental magic; other spells also seem to have little to no effect on him. Personality: Rikiar is a beast that lives by a strict code of honor, and as such, he is a very just creature. Rikiar never backs down on a promise, and rarely breaks his word. He is honest to the point of being blunt, and will speak what�s on his mind, though he still isn�t very talkative. The Durriken is fierce in battle and has a deep sense of pride in his species, accompanied with a bitter hatred towards humans, who were said to have hunted down and nearly destroyed the Durriken�s ancestors, the ancient dragons. Humans are also held responsible for taking the Durriken�s land and nearly driving them into extinction as well. Past: Rikiar was born and raised in the great Draconia Forest that sits at the edge of the surrounding wastelands. The forest now the last of the Durriken�s homeland, that is free from human occupation and the horror that plagues the rest of the outside world, it is a place of peace and harmony rarely seen by man. It is in this forest that Rikiar lives, along with the rest of his �clan� which number less than fifty in number; they are the last of the Durriken race, the last of the legendary dragons� ancient bloodline. Along with a few others, Rikiar has chosen to take up the duty of guarding the forest from intruders, and all those that may threaten it and his people, as such, he has become a fierce warrior that will stop at nothing to protect his home. Rikiar holds a deep hatred for humans and all of their �plagues�, and would rather attack without thinking than to let a human enter within the forest. These feelings are set aside though, when Rikiar comes to realize that there are greater evils out there besides man. |
