Mission Statement

The mission of the Society of Republican Citizens
(SRC) is to build and strengthen the Republican Party
in New York by being all-inclusive and welcoming the
diversity of culture, religion, race, and other
personal characteristics that make this state a great
place to live. Although our backgrounds may differ, we
are strongly bound by our common beliefs and
commitment to volunteer service.

We believe that our country will benefit most under
the principles of limited government, a strong
national defense, lower taxes, and an unrelenting
faith in the abilities of the individual person. We
believe that a quality education and a strong sense of individual responsibility create the foundation of a productive citizen, and thus help to establish a strong and stable society.

The SRC sponsors and organizes policy debates, forums,
and discussions. We invite elected officials,
candidates and other leaders to address and take
questions from our group. Our goal is to get more
people involved in the political process and educated
about the important issues of our day.
