Rain rain go away 2nd oct2004 Its been raining for past two days. the weekend was wet. so no plans to go out... worse is that I cant go out in rain as its so cold outside. rain rain go away ! Come again another day !! is really a nice time if u r in india and its raining. getting drenched in rain is something i miss a lot. I remember once in Bangalore when was riding back home from Residency road on my yamaha about a year ago. It started raining heavily ... probably i was waiting for that. Its nice and thrilling to ride in rain splashing water around. :)) .. well I was telling something ... hus kuchh is tarah .. by the time i reached home I was completely soaked in water with some mud in my shoes... i parked the bike and headed towards my apartment... " Hey Stay there...don't come in .... wait...we have cleaned the house this morning ... let us get u a towel..." ...my room mates shouted.. well i said fine ..i will come a lil bit later. i went out with the only purpose of enjoying each single drop of rain. It was 8 in the evening. Brisk walking on a road patched with small ponds of water is rally fundoo believe me (as long as mom is not at home to scold ;) ) There is a temple of Ramji nearby. I entered in the temple. there is a tall beam and SHIVLING in the middle of the temple in open air. I closed my eyes and stood clasping hands together. started thinking of om namah shivay.. it started thundering (doesnt seems like hindi movie clip ??) I was there in the same position for around more than 10 mins. it was still raining...I opened my eyes.. and found all the pujarees of the temple standing before me ...all surprised... thinking what has happend to this guy... :)) also asked me something in kannada ... i noded my head (dunno in yes or no ) I turned back and found few people are staring at me from the shop at the other side of the road .. astonished.... before all of them started questioning me i disappeared from the place ..antardhyan .... haha.. laughed a lot later ... what was i doing even i dont know Progressing fast 29th september its going to be 5 years soon when I joined the company. since then there are many milestone we have achieved. As I am also a part of the company so when I say WE, collectively it can be betokened as the company i work for. in the past five year IBM has acquired Price waterhouse coopers, Lotus, Rational and many more to name. No gainsaying to the fact that WE are heading towards a brightest tomorrow. well just to give a lil thought to I ,ME and Myslef.... Am I also progressing as the pace WE are prgressing ?? Am I also gonna see shining future as WE are gonna see ?? probably YES...or plausibly NO... or Cant say !!! joining a big company is sometime like getting in to a train. once you are in you are safe to reach you destination. you feel encouraged when the train runs at 60 miles an hour.. you feel thrilling when it runs at 100 miles an hour... electrifying in virtual reality... its the train which is moving and not you. you are STILL.. something else is moving and you thought its you. remember you can never reallize the difference infront if you are not the driver or the crew which makes it run. must have seen the alaska dog cart poster... many dogs pulling a cart ... you never see the different scenery if you are not the lead dog. 25th september ITs been long time met the blog. when had something to write ..i was not near my pc and when was at desk dint find anything to write . the past few days were really interesting indeed had some parties and get togethers. got a chance to choreohraph an ad for mock marketting of a parachute which has holes in it ..it was really funny and tha product was names as "Khota Chhatri" and was a hit and got the first prize. 11th September had been sensed since morning that everybody was in full mood of savouring the taste of Indian win,.and so were we. It was first time for me to see a cricket match live in stadium. It was real fun today people do have crazie ideas to attract the media and the crowd. we also tried something . created a montage this morning. finally we won the match. readers can also share the joy at Southampton Pics 9th september Busy Idle mind a friend reminded me that today i m gonna have tons of things to write in the blog.. but when started writing really cudnt start... well the day was very hectic .. was busy in replying too many mails of my friends who remeber my btday..hey blog its my bthday today .Thanks for ur wishes anyway was stuck in a meeting with the team which went on for hours. the idea was not to work for the whole day.. but dreams are seldom true. but l dear alter ego has still not yet called me .. tried once with a zero in the phone number cud not catch me ... lets see if tries again.. asked me the correct number on chat... said many things on chat other than a birthday wish. 8th spetember Basking in the sun this afternoon and looking at the people around and thinking, ofcourse I can see myself among them. 100 people who start their professional career with the same company at the same designation. but after 20 years one becomes the country general manager and others are still project managers... now what to think here ..?? As far as i think the other who dont reach at the crest of their career are also ambitious... probably what they had in mind were naked ambitions and were not attired with ability and confidence. and the career gym requires you to be strong enough to lift the heaviest weight available. shudnt one have a will and a just do it attitude ... I wonder how have they described life in the text published in the past. Its so deep and covers everything. need to study more to get the gist of it. wanted to write about the scotland trip..left in between.. i visited four cities in a way.. Glasgow- a modern scotland traditional values the very second day we moved to Edinburgh- the ancient and traditional city with modern values and one the wat stopped for some time in Sterling- nice landscape and in inverness which has the old destroyed castle at the bank of loch ness.. loch ness is famous for a monster....everybody tries to see loch ( Lake) ness monster but no one has seen it .. try to see it here Loch Ness Monster 2ndSept 2004 Was so busy over the weekend and in the work this week ..dint get time to meet the page builder .. finally got some time out to write about the week. There are many.. while discussing about religiion with a friend who was adament to the fact that if one beleives in religions there must be one and only one religion.
