General Rules--

1) You start off with 50 Character Points [CP]
2) You must utilize these points for the purchase of: BMS Stats, and Attributes.
3) There are several ways to earn more CP: Turn in an original picture of your character; assign Taints, or do some sort of special project assigned by the GMs.
4) You are only allowed up to 8 Taints, but these can count for up to 2 CP each.
5) If certain Attributes or Taints that you want are not listed, please contact the GMs.
6) You also start off with 20 Skill Points (SP) to spend on Skills
7) To earn more SP you must purchase the Highly Skilled Attribute. The only other way is to earn them in play.
