All animals are guaranteed healthy and properly sexed, unless otherwise stated. Nothing is guaranteed in the case of extreme temperatures below 45 and above 90 degrees fahrenheit. If a price is lowered due to a customer requesting a price break, all normal guarantees are void. Geckopolis Int. must be notified within 24 hours of arrival. If not, all guarantees including any special guarantees will become void. In the case of a DOA it is impervious that Geckopolis is contacted within 24 hours of arrival. Good, clear pictures must be provided as proof. In legitimate cases we will refund the entire amount paid including shipping and/or deliver a replacement for free. We assume no liability for carrier loss or mishandling. Guarantees are only valid if the customer is present when geckos arrive. All geckos are captive bred unless otherwise stated. I use UPS Next Day Air and shipping charges are $45-70 a box. The shipping charge may be waived with a large order. If your area does not guarantee arrival by 11:00 am, I can not guarantee live arrival.
