Grass and trees. Everywhere. Just grass and trees. Oh! And the horses, of course. Or... Were they horses? No, they weren't. They were Asrire. The scene is beautiful as they graze together, in front of the sunset and amidst the trees. But the serenity is broken when the larger one's head snaps up with an alarmed snort. 
You can just make out the colors in the fading light. The one who snorted was mostly blue and had wings--the other was red and black, with an odd-looking tail. Now the second one speaks--from the voice, you can tell it's a mare. "Who's there?" she asks. She's probably having as much trouble seeing you as you are her. "Just a wanderer, come to visit," you answer. "Name? I am Darkness Flaming." "And I'm Blue Sun," the stallion quickly cuts in. You introduce yourself, and ask, "Is this your..." you search for a word, "area of land? Or do others live here, too?" "Just ours," Blue Sun replies. You can spot a devilish grin on Darkness Flaming's face. "Yes. It took some argument." She snickers. "They wanted us to live with the others, or at least nearby. Ha! Like that'll ever happen." Blue Sun sighs. "I wanted to live with the others," he points out. "But Darkness seems to always get her way in an argument." He glares at her. More snickering from Darkness. "I know some people like that," you agree cheerfully. Now it's the mare's turn to glare. Ferociously. Sun pretends to nod morosely. "We all do." "And--" But Darkness Flaming stomps off, before you ever complete your sentence. Blue Sun sighs and says, "No use waiting here--I'll be gone for a while. Bye." And he trots along to catch up to Darkness Flaming. It's interesting to watch them argue, but you feel as if you're spying on something private. You turn and leave, expression still a bit mischievous...
