Can either evolve a creature into a higher form, or devolve a creature into a lower form. Being neutral, he can't effect sentients, or make something sentient (he can affect the form, but not the sentience. Make sense?) This also doesn't work on hunter cats (not like he'd want to, anyway. Cats are perfect as is, you know that *snicker*). Can create whispy creatures made of evolutionary energy, blue for evolving, red for devolving. These have the same power as Aafilley, just used by them jumping into the creature in question, expending the engery, which the diety reabsorbs. He can have ten of these energy creatures at any one time.
