Fiberglass Fender Liner with air tube molded in to provide air source for Turbo.    Alternate Scoop design and posssible locations shown for air pickup.  There's ample space behind the Parking Lite for a filter box.

I believe it's possible to mold in the fiberglass fender liner air tubes that will cool the Turbo and provide an air sourse for the Turbo.  Perhaps a 4" diameter (about 12 sq. In.) opening will be necessary.
