Who are the believers and who are the skeptics?

Who believes the unbelievable?

Many "freethinkers" are in a state of denial. It is such a shock to find out that they have been suckered into a new quasi-religion that is easier for them to try to rationalise away the Revisionists as some species of believer than to confront their own foolishness .

The Jewish-dominated media is happy to facilitate them in their self-deceptions.

Lipstadt invented the term "Holocaust-denier". The holocaust is a religion so it is appropriate that she used biblical language against us. Even Atheists have found themselves worshipping at a new shrine without even realising it.

I have met plenty of people who are desperate to rationalise away Revisionism like this and are in a hurry to close the circular logic loop and become happy campers again.

There basic reasoning ,if you can call it that, is "I am not an idiot, surely I have not been brainwashed by a massive propaganda apparatus, so the holocaust must have happened" or "I am not a sucker".

Just as religious people deny their own mortality, holocaust believers deny their own brainwashing and irrationality. Our society is saturated with taboos and is fairly sick; believing in the Holocaust is denying that sickness. People should ask what is the motivation of people like University Historians for keeping silent. Surely we have sunk to a new low, a secular society that has been trained to believe in imaginary gas chambers.

Marcello Truzzi founded the Zetetic scholar; he was a professor of sociology at Eastern Michigan University. Zetetic comes from the Greek for "inquiring skeptic".

Marcello died recently but I would have liked to ask him would it have been ok by him to be open-minded about other holocaust howlers like the lamp shades of human skin and the human soap and the burning pits of Elie Wiesel.

"Skepticism" properly refers to doubt rather than denial--nonbelief rather than belief.

The whole Holocaust story is fantastic and does not stand up to rational scrutiny.

Belief is achieved through religious methods-control of information, indoctrination and intimidation. The media occupies the same power niche that the church occupied pre-Galileo.

Many academics I have talked to are quite aware that the Holcaust is a Hoax but are afraid to state so publicly.

Invididuals

People are all irrational to some degree or another ,we tend to jump to conclusions, and we have limited memory and are subjective .
