By channeling this Blessing, you can cause your Ruinous Force to burn away residual energy from your opponent, causing your target to grow weaker.
As a standard action you can choose to have your Ruinous Force cause your foes to tire quickly as well as damage them. When it hits, your foe must make a Fortitude save or become fatigued. Weary Flare has no effect on a creature that is already fatigued. Unlike with normal fatigue, the effect ends as soon as the Blessing's duration expires.
