This Blessing was specially made by Ezra Rivers and the remainder of her house after she was betrayed by her younger sister, Emilie. It was designed to dampen her control of the Ruinous Force to varying degrees for she had an unusual affinity with the power. With this Blessing, Ezra was able to heavily hamper her sister's strength and destroy the false House Emilie was trying to create.
When you use Spellbind, Ruinous Force infuses itself into the space around your target, diffusing any magical energies that they may create. Your target must make a Will save or take a -6 penalty to any attack roll or skill check involved in the next spell or spell-like ability that they cast. Spellbind only works on spells that are 5th level or lower. Once you use this Blessing, you must wait 2d4 + 1 round before you can use it again.
