This Blessing was one of several created Arianna Crowe during her time within the House of Rivers before its violent collapse. Due to the nature of these Blessings, her enemies (and some her allies) began to refer to them as "Curses". And it was because of these Blessings that Arianna became to be known as the "Queen of Curses"
As a standard action, you make a standard ranged touch attack with your Enigmatic Spire. If you are successful, your target must make a fortitude save or have all of their numeric and variable attack ranges reduced by 50% for 2d4 hours. All of their ranged attacks travel half as far as they normally could. The effects of Narrowing Spire do not stack with itself and if a foe makes the save, the are immune to its effects for 24 hours. You may only use this blessing once every 1d6+1 rounds. Once you chose this blessing, it's effects are permanent (you cannot reassign this Blessing)
Special: If you have a caster level of 10 or higher when you use this Blessing and you score a critical hit, then the target must make the save or be affected by Narrowing Spire for 24 hours.
