  When you channel this Blessing, your Enigmatic Spire seeps into your targets' soul to cause possible irreparable damage.

  Whenever a foe is hit with Enervating Spire, they must make a fortitude save. If they are unsuccessful, that foe gains a negative level. After 24 hours, your foe must make another fortitude save or have the negative level become permanent. After using this Blessing, you must wait 3d6 rounds before using Enervating Spire again.
