In the absence of her, loneliness creeps in.
Not having to hear from her, I bear with a grin.
Engraved on my heart forever is her name,
Everlasting is the nature of this flame.
Doesn't she see how much she means to me?
Yearning for her to set my heart free.
Oh, how I pray for her to be happy,
Unencumbered by life's misery.
Heaven sent her as my angel on earth,
Aspiring me to achieve her worth.
Never did I imagine, in a world that's so wreck,
How could I have found someone who's so perfect.

Gone are the days of procrastination,
Onto the battlefield we shall storm with no hesitation!
On we charge with steadfast determination,
Daring we are for we're armed with preparation!
Like an intricate yet intense game of chess,
Unnerved we will not be by any stress,
Checkmate is what we'll execute with finesse!
King or Queen we shall seek to suppress!
Have faith in yourself as I do with you,
As this success for you is long overdue.
No one is as smart as one such as you,
However I have seen a smarter monkey in the zoo!?

One year ago, at the airport we bid each goodbye,
Many days and many nights I let myself cry,
Thinking of the solitary days that will past,
Hoping that in time they would fly by fast.
One Hour, One Day, One Month, One Year,
Every second of it, in my heart I hold you dear.
Your friendship to me I have always cherish,
Even till the day I die, it will never perish.
To you my heart will always hold true,
To me there will always be one you.
I don't mind spending this lifetime waiting,
Only time will prove that my feelings are enduring.
You have tried everything to make me mad,
Not succeeding, you only made me sad.
I do not seek to hurt you no more,
Shreds is what's left of this friendship we tore.
I am quite content with life now,
Improving myself in every way I know how.
For myself, I will be a better person,
For you it needs to be done.
My door is always open to you,
waiting for you to come through,
Even if you don't, no worries,
between us, never will there be sorries.
