| Ok, so it's been probably over a year since I last updated this page... sorry. The big news is that I'm having a baby!! She's due March 29th, and I'm stoked! I was terrified at first, but now I'm excited. The daddy's name is Bryan (but he goes by the name "Boo"). She's going to be 1/8th Chippewa (native american)...and that makes me really proud. I know she'll be beautiful (despite the genes I'm giving her)! We haven't totally decided on a name yet, but we're thinking Brianna Lee. This has brought on so many changes in our lives, and it has brought me back closer to my parents. It was very difficult at first; my mom was pissed that I wasn't the one to tell her about it. I was planning to, but she heard it through the grapevine before I found the right moment. Oh well, that's water under the bridge. Anyway...Boo and I are dying in anticipation to meet her...as are my parents and his. Needless to say, we got the hell out of Albany. That's no place to raise a child. Not ours, at least. Too many vices. Well, that's all I have for now. Sorry it's been so long (doubt anyone noticed or cared)...but you can understand that I've been a bit preoccupied. The Strawberry Scorpion |
