Beginning with the roof, we evaluate the condition of the roofing materials and their installation. The report will include general roofing diagrams in order to assist with explaining the findings. |

Next, the report will examine the outside, with an overview of the grading of the property, exterior foundation as well as the overall exterior components of the building. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
The interior inspection will cover the basement, all habitable areas and work up to the attic, reviewing the visible components of the structure, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, windows, doors and fixtures. |
|

|
The entire process typically requires about three hours. Once completed, our comprehensive Inspection Report is submitted to the client, which outlines the findings of the inspection. In most cases this will include any major repairs discovered, minor repairs, tips for maintenance and other general information on homecare and construction techniques. |

If a more custom inspection report is required, complete with pictures and specific detailed explanations, it can be obtained after a consultation. |

A Home Inspection is a key factor when buying or selling real estate. Often timing is critical, and therefore we are available seven days a week, evenings included. Exterior inspections must take place during daylight hours. However, to avoid delay during peak periods, book your appointment early! |
