The investment program envisages 2 main stages including the following activities:
Stage 1:

Project Construction of engineering infrastructure

Construction of Warehouse and Administrative premises

Means of transport and lifting load-discharge facilities

Equipment of warehouse and administrative premises

Stage 2:

Construction of Warehouse and Administrative premises

Means of transport and lifting load-discharge facilities

Equipment of warehouse and administrative premises

Following the final completion of Stage 1 of the investment project, the zone will possess the following assets:
- Engineering infrastructure guarantees power supply, water supply and sewage system, secure enclosure, necessary for the effective and cheap maintenance of security system.
- Railway loading platform for discharging goods arriving by rail .
- Transport and lifting equipment necessary to service outdoor and indoor warehouses.
- Informational system for recording of incoming and outgoing from the zone goods.
- Open warehouse grounds amounting to 73 000m².
- Indoor warehouses amounting to 48/120/10 m (two-line and three-line storage of goods and loads) or premises for storage of goods and loads amounting to 8 800 m².
- Administrative office premises amounting to 1200 m² furnished and equipped with the necessary machines and furniture, suitable for renting and company use.
- Restaurant and cafe with a capacity of 40 tables, a conference hall.
