Dear colleagues, We are a technical school for food, wine and tobacco industries, educating more than 600 pupils per year in almost every branch of food, wine and tobacco industries. After graduating the school our students obtain a secondary education diploma and a certificate for professional qualification. We want to co-operate with other foreign schools for partnership in the field of studying national gastronomy and traditions. We want to make a project for participation in the program Komenius in Socrat 2. The technical school for food, wine and tobacco industries in Yambol has been established in 1963. The town is a regional center with about 90 000 citizens, situated in the soutern part of the Republic of Bulgaria. It is 300 km away from the capital Sofia and 100km away from the Black see. On the territory of the Yambol district is the Strandja-Sakar mountain, which is famous for its ecological nature and centuries-old culture and traditions.
