Mrs. James Stickney
Dies in California

Mrs. James Stickney, 67, of 329 Ninth Street South, a pioneer resident of Virginia, died Saturday of a heart ailment at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Sidney Weston,
of San Gabriel, Calif. She had been vacationing in California for the past two months and had been ill for one week.
Born, Hattie Beaulieu, on July 29, 1876 in Island Town, Vermont,she was married to Mr.Stickney on August 17, 1897 in Negaunee,Mich.
Surviving are three daughters: Mrs. Walter Lalonde, of Duluth,Mrs. Sidney Weston, of San Gabriel, Calif., and Mrs. Robert Eisenberg, of Los. Angeles, Calif;
six sons, Bernard J., Pontiac, Mich., Roland J., Maurice E., and Lawrence V., all of Virginia, Fred L., of Duluth, and Donald V., in the US Navy; her father, John
Beaulieu, of Negaunee, Michigan; one sister, Mrs. Walter Sy, of Parkville, and thirteen grandchildren.
The body is being shipped from California to the Graham Funeral Home with funeral arrangements pending.
