Lottie Remortel
  MARQUETTE - Lottie M. Remortel, 94, of 214 Fisher St., Marquette, died Tuesday evening at the Norlite Nursing Center, where she had lived since March.
   Mrs. Remortel was born Jan., 2, 1894, in Eagle Mills and was a lifelong area resident.  She worked 43 years as a seamstress at Getz's Department Store, retiring at 81.  She was a member of St. Peter's Cathedral for 75 years, and a former member of the church's altar society.  She was also a former member of the Daughters of Isabella.
   She is survived by a son, Harold J. "Don" Remortel of Marquette; two daughters, Mrs Norman (Frances) St. Onge of Royal Oak, Mich., and Mrs Florian (Lucille) Iwanski of West Allis, Wis; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
  Her husband, Albert, died Oct 4, 1930; a daughter, Elaine, died in 1941, and 13 brothers and sisters also died before her.
   A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday in St Peter's Cathedral with the Rev. Louis C. Cappo and Msgr. Nolan B. McKevitt celebrating.  Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
   Friends can call at the Tonella-Canale Funeral Home in Marquette from 4 to 9 p.m. today, with a parish prayer service scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
   Pallbearers will be Paul, Fred, Richard and Thomas St. Onge and Randy Iwanski.
