Margueritte Neznanski
  WAKEFIELD - Margueritte M. Neznanski, 87, of Ishpeming, formerly of Wakefield, died Friday in Ishpeming.
   She was born on July 31 1905 in Michigamme to the late Alexander and Emma LaVoie.  She lived in the Eveleth and Duluth, Minn. area and graduated from Eveleth High School and Duluth Normal School with a teaching certificate.  She was in education for 37 years, having taught in Rock and Trout Creek.  In 1937, she began teaching at the Wakefield Township Schools where she worked until her retirement.  She moved from Wakefield to Negaunee in 1986
   Neznanski was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Wakefield and the St. Pius Catholic Church in Ishpeming, the Daughters of Isabella, the Michigan Education Association, and the Michigan Association of Retired School Personnel.
  She was married to Theodore Neznanski in 1941.  He preceded her in death in 1951.  Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Louis; six sisters, Verna, Eva, Amelia, Albina, May and Grace.
   Neznanski is survived by two sons, Thomas of Ishpeming and Lawrence of Boise, Idaho, and six grandchildren.
  Funeral services will be held at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Wakefield on Tuesday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Father John Maloney officiating. 
   Visitation will be held at the Lakeside Memorial Chapel in Wakefield on Tuesday beginning at 8:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
   Burial will be in the Lakeside Cemetery in Wakefield.
