| LAKE HAVASU CITY, Ariz - Former Negaunee resident Ernest F. LaCosse, 89, of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., died Sunday at a nursing home where he had been a patient for about a year. Arrangements will be announced by the Koskey Funeral Home of Negaunee. |
| LAKE HAVASU CITY, Ariz., - Services for former Negaunee resident Ernest F. LaCosse will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Paul Catholic Church. The Reb. Charles Olivier will officiate. Burial will be in the Negaunee Cemetery. Mr. LaCosse, 89, died Sunday morning in Lake Havasu City Nursing Home in Lake Havasu City, Ariz. He'd been a patient for one year. He was born June 10 1903 in Champion and in 1938 moved to Negaunee where he established LaCosse Oil Co., a business he operated until 1972 when he sold it to his son, Keith. He remained active in the business for several more years. He was a member of the St. Paul Church and a charter member of the Bishop Eis Council, Knights of Columbus. Surviving are his son, Keith; a daughter, Mrs Joseph (Carole) Foucault of Lake Havasu City; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cora, who died Nov 24 1988. Members of the Knights of Columbus will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Koskey Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7 p.m. |
