| Moses A. Dishnow Michigamme - Moses A. Dishnow, 77, died suddenly early this morning in the home of his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Dishnow. Born in Michigamme July 2, 1879, Mr. Dishnow had lived here most of his life. He was a member of St. Agnes Church. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Frank Hosey, L'Anse, Mrs Henry LaForest, Champion and Mrs. Clifford Decaire, Clarksburg; five sons, Alverne and Ronald, Michigamme, Anthony, of Wayne, Paul, Iron Mountain, and Francis, Ishpeming; one brother, Antoine, Milwaukee, and 26 grandchildren. The body was taken to the Beale Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. |

| Funeral services for Moses A. Dishnow, 77, well known Michigamme resident and former Pequaming resident, were held Monday in St. Agnes Church, with the Rev. Father George Stuntebeck officiating. Burial was in Lakeview Cemetery. The pallbearers were; Herbert Murray, Leo Paquette, Albert Paquette, Trefle Chantelois, Marshall Treado and George Moore. Mr. Dishnow was born in Michigamme on July 3 1879 and had spent all his lifetime there with exception of 14 years from 1908 to 1922 when he lived in Pequaming. During that time he was employed in the Hebbard store. Surviving him are; three daughters Mrs. Frank (Emerald) Hosey of L'Anse; Mrs Henry (Mary) LaForest, Champion, Mrs. Clifford (Ursula) Decaire, Ishpeming; five sons, Alvern and Ronald, Michigamme, Anthony, Wayne, Paul of Iron Mountain, and Francis of Ishpeming, and 26 grandchildren' |
