Mrs. Devins,
Michigamme
  MICHIGAMME - Mrs. Hadgina (Jean) Devins, 84, died Wednesday evening in Baraga County Memorial Hospital, L'Anse, following a long illness.
   She was born in Mascouche, Canada, May 28, 1885, and was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Eusebe Dompier.  The family moved to Michigamme when she was a year old and she had resided here since then except for spending winters in L'Anse.
   She was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church and the Royal Neighbors of America.  The former Hadgina Dompier, she was married to Joh Devins in 1907 in Michigamme.  He died in 1950.
   Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Edward (Muriel) Homier L'Anse and Mrs. William (Annette) Pellow of Ishpeming; four sister, Mrs. Alexina Demolen of Sarasota, Fla., Mrs Clara LaCosse of L'Anse, Mrs Agnes Sutherby of Hoquiam, Wash., and Mrs Cora LaCosse of Negaunee; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
   Services will be held Saturday morning at 10 in St. Agnes Church, Rev. Paul Schiska officiating, and burial will be in Lakeview cemetery.
   Friends may begin calling at the Wittum Funeral Home, L'Anse this afternoon.  The Rosary will be recited there at 8:30 tonight.  The body will be taken to the church an hour before the funeral Mass.
