Hi! I'm Rene' Carrasco - hope you enjoy the photo's! I started skateboarding around 1959-1960, and I made my first skateboard in 1960, right across the sreet where I live, right here in Garden Grove, California!
Along with my childhood friend Joe Adlair,from Holland- we used hacksawed-off STEEL shoe skates, NAILED onto a board RIPPED OFF the side from an ORANGE CRATE! True ! ! !
It's been a long trip! And I'm STILL skateboarding! Yeah!
- -It's 2002 now, and I just finished in the "top ten" -tight slalom - 2002 International Gravity Sports Association -
WLAC- California Skateboard Slalom Racing Series !
