Mr. Damm has had a long career within the danish agricultural sector. With an educational background from Nesgaard Agricultural College, Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College and a Bachlor degree in marketing, he joined Dansk Landbrugs Grovvareselskab in 1973. While being at D.L.G., mr. Damm finished an IEP course at INSEAD in Fontainebleau Cedex, France. He left D.L.G. in 1988 being Deputy Director of the feedstuff and grain department to join Superfos Grain and Feedstuff division as Commercial Director. Mr. Damm left Superfos in 1989 to found Frede J. Damm. |
