Centuries into the future, all beings have been destroyed by disease, war, and famine. The strong, Saiyan gene has re-evolved into a pureblood clan and they rule the earth with an iron fist. The earth has also lost all natural resources, including water, sufficient amounts of oxygen, and plants. The Saiyans survived through this by inventing specialized barriers where their cities reside. These barriers duplicate the small amounts of oxygen in the atmosphere to a breatheable substance through cloning.
Life is good for the Saiyans until a creature lands on earth. A creature like no other. The Saiyans stand weak against this new adversary and are, once again, being wiped out. Rendus was on of the latter born before the creatures arrived. The goverment made quick decisions on what to do to carry on the pureblood race. They decided to send all Saiyans born withing a certain time frame into the past to be taken care of by anyone willing. Rendus was one of these chosen. All of the other infants sent into the past did not survive the trip, for the time machines were the models used centuries before by Capsule Corp., and their performance was, unfortunately, affected through time.
Apon arriving in the past, Rendus was found by Goten and his wife, Paris. They raised the child to adulthood. With Rendus was sent a scroll explaining his desent. Apon Goten's death, Rendus was sent the scroll. Rendus read it and realized that Kotoran and Vihona were his real parents. He learned of his origins and of his city. He learned of the barriers and the deadly creatures. He learned of earth's far away fate. But the thing that caught his eye the most, was the fact that he was not only one-eighth Saiyan, but he was of pureblood Saiyan desent. Rendus will now live out his days in this time.
