Warren Doe began producing art full time in 1983, at the age of thirty-seven. His life experiences up to that time, included military service during the Viet-Nam Era, teaching elementary education, some world travel and a variety of other work related experiences. After a happy marriage of ten years, his wife Kathleen, died of Lupus Erythematosus on her thirtieth birthday. For several years, thereafter Warren went through a period of turmoil, searching for his "identity and purpose" in life. It was only when he was introduced to the "arts", that he was able, for the first time, to express some of his internal conflict.

His out of body experience is described in the book written by Mally Cox Chapman, called "A Case For Heaven".

Within a few years, Warren had built himself a new home and studio, where he continues to explore his art. He has written an unpublished novella, produced ink drawings, oil paintings, pottery, sculpture, and has designed outdoor gardens with pools and waterfalls. Although he has used a variety of mediums, he specializes in pottery and clay figures.

Warren signs all of his work with his childhood nickname of: "Rendo" (tm), and each piece of pottery is numbered. His work has won many awards and has been purchased by people from all over the United States, as well as Japan, Africa, Holland, England and France.
