TYRES
On the 4.5 B 13 rims (factory mounted on most models) 145 R13 and 155 R 13 are standards. However, these are not serious tuning options. On the 5.5 B13 Gordini rims,155 were standards. Let's see how can we improve things in this area.

Tyres I don't recommend. Too small or just too big to increase performance. However, they can be tried.
Note that some tyres have broad shoulders and display the entire width at once, and other smooth shoulders which display only around 85-90% of the tyre's width on the road. That's why even similar values can look a lot different, according to manufacturer.Choose the one you'll use most of the time for the purpose you need (e.g. speed,endurance,rain,etc.).
The speed indicator for the R 12 is the standard SR (up to 180km/h).I strongly recommend the HR (up to 210km/h) or even VR (up to 240 km/h) speed indicators for safety reasons.
Mounting larger wheelrims is rather useless, and also more expensive in terms of tyres' price (aspect ratio must be under 45 to avoid lazy accelerations.)
Aspect ratio is the value after the slash, which represents the dimension of the tyre's side expressed in percentage of the tyre's width(the value before the slash).E.g. 195/55 R 13 means a tyre with 195 mm width, with the side's dimension of 55% of the 195 mm value-that is 10,75mm-on a 13 inch -330mm rim

I go for the 4.5 B 13 rims, they are very light in weight, and the 195/55 Uniroyal 340,which are great on wet road, and still very accurate on dry surfaces. For speed I recommend the Yokohama Y352 235/50,or the Avon CRB 10 Sport (these are NOT radial tyres, they are race-inspired,not to go on wet!).Drive safe!
