We thank you for taking the time to read our Terms and Condition of background set usage. There are strict
laws regarding copyright material and this is very important that you understand them thoroughly. We have received special permission from
artists to use their artwork and if the person(s) downloading the graphics within our site do not follow the guidelines, legal action may take
place.
So before you go any further, please read them and if you have any questions, feel free to email us before you attempt to download the sets. Each artist has their own guidelines so, if
for some reason there are additional guidelines, we will post them on the main page of the artists category for your convenience.

We have received special permission to be able to use the artwork of some wonderful artists to create special background
sets for customer sites. However, there are some strict guidelines that any person(s) interested in using one or more of the sets to create
a website. So, please read the guidelines that you must follow:
- Remember, copyrights are set in place and legal action may be taken if you do not follow these guidelines
- If your site contains nudity, hate messages, violence, racial remarks etc... You may not use any of our sets within this site. Anything that may be offensive or hurtful to anyone, is included in this message. All of the artists, as well as Rena's, believes in a family safe internet~!!
- As stated above, we have received permission from the artists to use their paintings to create these sets and the items in these sets may not be used as pieces to create your own graphics.
- Because of the copyright laws, these graphics may not be altered in any way, shape or form. Resizing, cutting, mixing, matching, recoloring, adding text, adding borders etc... is not allowed.
- Do not mix and match any sets together on one page. You must use only the items that are included in this set for one page. That includes all buttons, bars, tiles, banners, backgrounds etc...
- They may not be used in combination with other graphics, other graphic sets, or for any other purpose.
- These sets were created for personal website use only and may not be used on a commercial site. If your site has any commercial activities or it generates any money transactions of any sort, you may not use any of the sets.
- If you have a commercial site, I am in the process of setting up a special category for you to purchase business style background sets. I hope this is not an inconvenience. If you are in need of a business type set, simply email me and I will do my best to assist you.
- I have created a logo button to match each and every set for Rena's Background Sets, as well as, a special button to link back to Paula Vaughan's site. They must be used with the correct set and you must place them somewhere on the page that the set is being used and linked back to each of our sites. The links are below the terms of use section of this page.
- You may not use the Rena's Background Sets file path when setting up your web page. This is called bandwidth stealing. It means that you are using our web server to display the graphics and they charge us for that usage. Instead, download the graphics to your computer and then upload them to your own file directory. In your source code, use your file path when inserting graphic files. Upload graphic files to YOUR own server.
- You may not use any part of these sets for email stationary, desktop images etc... NO EXCEPTIONS~!!
- To download these images to your computer, you must contact us at: [email protected] before hand. We will then send the sets to you via email for you to use. This is to make sure you understand the Artists Terms and Conditions to prevent legal action be taken against you.
