MS. REMY VALEROS,A FILIPINA IMMIGRANT,WHO STANDS 5'6 TALL,
WAS ASSAULTED AND BATTERED BY MS. JUDY RUDOLPH, A CORPORATE CAUCASIAN AMERICAN WHO STANDS 5'11 TALL.
THE ASSAULT AND BATTERY INFLICTED WAS CAUSED BY
JUDY RUDOLPH'S JEALOUSY AGAINST MS. REMY VALEROS,
OVER MR. JODY LYONS, AN ALGORITHM RESEARCH SCIENTIST AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEER.MR. LYONS, A FRNCH AMERICAN BLONDE WITH BLUE EYES WAS ROMANTICALLY PORSUING REMY VALEROS.
(MS. REMY VALEROS WAS WORKING AS A VOLUNTEER AT SOUTH END TECHNOLOGY CENTER IN BOSTON, UNDER MR. MEL KING, OF THE POLITICAL PARTY, THE RAINBOW COALITION AND WHO RUNS THE TECHNOLOGY CENTER.

"Touch Me Not"
( 1)According to the U.S. Judicial System, any person who commits an assault against another human being, is guilty of a crime.
(2) It is with substantial evidence that the defendant in this case, planned the assault and battery by coercing me to meet with her at a location where she knew that she can be in control, with a conscious objective to humiliate and inflict bodily injury.
(3)Such violent act caused me phisical pain, but not as painful as the temporary mental trauma that caused impairment to my mental faculty.
(4)Such act of phisical and mental assault contributed to the kind of oppression that my own ethnic race continously suffer around the world.
(5)Saudi Arabia, Indonesia.....the list goes on......my own people continue to bear such injustice in foreign land.
(6)But this is the country I love, America......which promise me, "JUSTICE FOR ALL!"
The United States of America's system of justice requires that we're sure, as humanly possible, before we find someone guilty of a crime.....
(7)Well, it is with much evidence, through statement from her own witness, Mr. Jody Lyons, the Medical records, (Boston Emergency Hospital(06/06/01) the pictures taken by area D4 Detective Matt Tierney and her own statements that she is guilty!
(8)Will this court now conclude this criminal case with with "Continuation Without A Finding" due to Judicial Economy?
(9)How much taxpayers money do we need to save to sell out American Justice System?"
This is not a plain traffic violation....or any case where no one got hurt......
(10)Should the overriding concern be justice and protection of the victim or should it be how much money are we going to save?
(11)I didn't phisically fight back because I wanted to prove to myself, and the rest of the world that American justice system, despite it's flaws, will work when presented enough evidence to fight for common people that are victims of crime and oppression.
(12)Therefore, I now ask the Honorable judge that before you render the court's judgement, to please seek within your heart and soul the answer to this question:
"Will you render the same judgement, if the victim of this crime is your daughter or your sister, considering the evidence that's been presented?"
(14)PHISICAL VIOLENCE SHOULD BE ZERO TOLERANCE!
