Paris: Eiffel Tower
Eiffel Tower glistening at night. This sparkling effect happened only at 11 PM and at midnight for a few minutes. (It's new since the 2000 New Year's celebrations. Also new is the search light on top, copied off of PVM in MTL, I say)
