This is my sanctuary. Fantasy takes all of us into another world if we allow it. It can take us into a world somewhere kept within the deepest curiousities of our minds. And when we delve into those sometimes forsaken places, we can became what we either fear or dream of.
Worlds take new meaning when societys and ways of life are changed. Ethics meld into what you and those around you want to make them, may it be a world of sword clashing rebels or mind boggling wizards of great wit.
No one can tell you what you have to be, or what you have to do. You are your own dungeon master.
Only in Fantasy can we write about a place that is only real to us in our minds, or if we allow it to be expressed in either books, song, melody or even mere vocal tellings of the adventure-filled tales.
I call Fantasy my sanctuary, because to me, it is my escape from the real world I live in, which is what everyone needs now and then.
I dedicate this part of my site to all fantasy lovers, from Lord of the Rings to Dragonlance!
