Do you consider yourself a good person?  Your answer is most generally, yes.
Most of us do feel we are.   Would you let me ask you a few questions?

Have you ever lied?    What does that make you?    It makes you a liar.
Have you ever stolen anything?     What does that make you?    It makes you a thief.
Have you ever looked at another person with lust in your heart?   What does that make you?   It makes you an adulterer.
Have you ever used the Lord's name in vain?   What does that make you?    It makes you a blasphemer.

If you were judged by God, according to His Ten Commandments, would you be innocent or guilty?

Example:  You are driving down a street near a school and are then pulled over by the police for speeding through a Blind Student zone.    The fine is $2500.00.    You go to court and the judge says because you violated the law for speeding over 40 miles per hour, you will have to go to jail and pay the fine.

Just as the Sheriff is escorting you out of the courtroom, the baliff comes up and tells you that your fine and sentence have been payed by someone you don't even know.    Wouldn't that be great!

The Son of God, Jesus Christ came to this world to live, die and be resurrected for you and me.

He died on the cross of Calvary and shed His precious blood to pay for our sins that we may live forever with Him in Paradise.

Ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins and then ask Him to come into your heart and life.

It will be the most important thing you will have done in your entire life!
