Hard water. ot hard water? You'll know from the "soap scum" left all over the place. It's not just soap scum, it's minerals and metals in your water and leave buildup. Get rid of it! It's bad for your bathroom.
Please read this first.
-
After cleaning a surface with the squeegee or letting water dry, you will
see hard water left. A harsh acid will remove buildup but also etch the
glass. (If it's just soap scum, you'll be abe to wash it away with a little
rubbing)
-
So use a cleaner that will remove hard water specifically without having
a harsh acid in it. Use full strength and spread with a white scrub
sponge, then rinse well.
-
Squeegee the window (or wipe the surface with a dry lint-free cloth),
but don't do this in direct sunlight.
-
If more hard water stains are left and you can't stand it, call a
professional. They will use a harsh acid which may damage your
windows. To prevent this, keep windows clean.
-
Cleaners such as Showers N Stuff and Clean Shower should work.
There are other professional cleaning solutions as well that do the job.
