Dreams
They come to you as soon as you go to sleep, lurking in the shadows of the night.  But what meanings do they really hold?  What mysteries can they unfold?
Dreams can have many meanings.  But it is my belief, as well as others, that there are three main types of dreaming.  These include: dreams where your sub-concious tries to work out a problem or goes through the events of the day, dreams where you have visions, and dreams where you astally project yourself.  There are thousands of people that try to tell you what your dreams mean.  But I like to believe that no one can interpret my dreams but myself.
However, if you are lost in the dark and need a light to guide you, just remember this.  The symbols, for me, usually come from everyday life.  You are the only on ewho can realize what these symbols mean.  So sit yourself down and pick out some small, trivial things.  They might be as simple as a color, or an object that you recognize.
A good way to work out what your dreams mean is to keep a dream journal.  It makes it easier to notice the small things that you missed before.  But when you write in it don't leave anything out.  No matter how simple it may seem, you may need it later.  The best thing you can do when writing in a dream journal is to write as soon as you wake up.  This is the time when the dream is the most vivid in your mind.  If you write
in it later you may forget a simple or specific thing that you need to figure out what your dream meant.
Dreams are the doorway to your sub-concious mind.  Never forget that.  They hold the meaning to many questions and mysteries in the back of our minds.  They help us with the future and make life a little more exciting.  So, sweet dreams.
